   dear sime.

   i have been purchasing Micromax phones from last few years.

   I have to submit the following two issues before you hope you shall respond.

   1. I was never able to contact Customer care on any of your given numbers in warranty card and web site, is it by chance please get me exact and communicable number where i can get help in case i need it.

   2. I have purchased two phones –models – X-450 and x456 — i need software PC suite for both these phones — i hope you shall be kind enough to send me these software electronic files by E- mail — to me immediately .

   Please consider this as urgent.

   Hope for an early response.

   I do agree with all of the ideas you have presented in your post. They’re very convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are too short for newbies. Could you please extend them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.
